Rialto Façade with Ticket Booth, 1945

The two sets of double doors seen here at the entrance to the Rialto, demonstrates classic art deco style. The half round windows in the doors are a common design element of theatres of this period. The curvilinear features and heavy use of chrome and glass were meant to convey a sense of futuristic modernity to the architecture.
