Seneca Ray Stoddard (1843-1917) began his career in photography after moving to Glens Falls in the mid-1860s. Arriving at a time of growth and re-building, Stoddard captured hometown and wilderness scenes across the Adirondacks. The photographs in this exhibit showcase rustic camp life in the Adirondacks at the turn of the 20th century.
